In order for M-Times2 LLC to process your return or warranty claim in a timely manner, please provide as much information as possible.

If you don’t know, or no longer have this information available, don’t worry M-Times2 LLC keeps this information on file. However, depending on the number of orders and the amount of product you have ordered in the past, it may take a little extra time to find the associated information. So, any information that you can provide, even if it’s a guess, may help us expedite your claim.
Returns
Items that are returned must be received in "like new condition" and in original packaging. Please note that some manufacturers may assess a restocking fee.
Warranties
Most manufacturers require the following for no cost warranty parts, or replacements.
In some rare cases, a manufacturer may require the return of the defective product(s) for testing before shipping replacement parts or fixtures. These situations are usually limited to mass failures over a short period of time. Like a lightning strike.
Once you have received your replacement part(s) or fixture(s), please contact M-Times2 LLC as soon as possible to arrange for the return of the defective product. At that time a return shipping label will be provided, or permission to dispose of the product will be given.
In many cases, if detailed pictures of the defective item are provided, the manufacturer will give written authorization to dispose of the defective part or fixture.
